Our Commitment to Compliance
The Abraham Group, Inc. strictly prohibits the sending of unsolicited commercial email (UCE), also known as "spam." This Anti-Spam Policy outlines our practices regarding email communications and the measures we take to ensure full compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003, the GDPR, and all other applicable email marketing laws and regulations.
What We Do
We only send email communications to individuals who have explicitly opted in to receive them — by submitting a form on our Site, downloading a guide or resource, registering for an event, or otherwise requesting information from us. Every email we send includes a clear and conspicuous unsubscribe link, our physical mailing address, and a reply-to email address that is actively monitored.
What We Do Not Do
We do not purchase, rent, or share email lists from third parties for the purpose of sending unsolicited email. We do not send email to addresses that have been harvested from websites or public directories. We do not falsify email headers, subject lines, or sender information. We do not send email to anyone who has unsubscribed from our communications.
Unsubscribing
If you wish to stop receiving email from us, you may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email we send, or by emailing us at jay@abraham.com with "Unsubscribe" in the subject line. We process all unsubscribe requests immediately and no later than 10 business days from receipt.
Third-Party Email Service Providers
We use third-party email service providers to deliver our email communications. These providers are contractually obligated to comply with all applicable anti-spam laws and are required to maintain their own anti-spam policies and procedures. We are not responsible for the email practices of third parties not acting on our behalf.
Reporting Spam
If you believe you have received unsolicited email from us or on our behalf, please report it immediately to jay@abraham.com. We investigate all reports of potential spam and take corrective action where appropriate, including terminating relationships with any third party found to be sending spam on our behalf.
Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this Anti-Spam Policy at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the Site and receipt of our email communications after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
